<description>I use ubuntu for now 4 years, and i am pleased to see that someone is especialy for for design, so here is a key for you, consider it as a present : the bigest impact of colors in humanity is what we feel when we see it. further more, colors delivers a message to the colective inconscience, for exemple every body will use pink for erotic business.

and when i see you work i see that you don&#039;t know those things, so here a little &quot;reminder&quot;
plain colors :
Blue : emotions, the mother, water, soul
Yellow/gold : divinity, sun, light (that guide), trought
Red : action, passion, the father, spirite, blood
Black : death (and birth) the &quot;no thing&quot; from what things grow, mother of life
White : justice, purity, innocence, peace
secodary colors :
Orange : vitality, whise action, material spirite
Purple : spirituality, dreams
Grey/silver : ash, indifference, humility, purity of imagination, beatifull heart,
Green : vegetation, vital fluid, lust
Indigo : meditation, experience, knowledge
Brown : wood, traditions,

Know, i suggest you to check a nice commercial application of those knowledge :

Congratulation for the touch of gold in the future ubuntu 10.10

know, you know how to talk to the heart of every one, no mater is culture, language, religion...

take care

		<description>Hi Johannes,

I will add something to the blog. In the meantime, if you want to email me ivanka [at] canonical.com and I will put you in touch with the right people. I am on holiday for two weeks as of tomorrow so might not get back to you instantly.

		<description>Hi Ivanka!

First, sorry for contacting you on the blog but I couldn&#039;t find any contact information for you or anybody from the Canonical design team. I would be really nice to have some kind of &quot;Contact us&quot; link on http://design.canonical.com/

Actually I wanted to inform you about the GNOME &quot;Development Documentation and Tools Hackfest&quot; to be held in December [1]. I met David Siegel on GUADEC and he told me that your team already did some research on that topic. So we would like to invite someone from your team to the hackfest. We would appreciate if Canonical could be a strong partner for that hackfest to.

Thanks and regards,
Johannes

<description>I don&#039;t know about where you live, but here, gas *is* way cheaper than electricity per unit of energy, and lots of power stations are gas fired, so what&#039;s wrong with switching from an electric kettle, to a gas one?</description>
